The house was perfect for our needs. Good location and bedroom/ bathroom grouping was perfect.
The outside pool area needs a great deal of work. The pavers around the pool were uneven and dirty. The pathways to the pool were pavers surrounded by gravel uncomfortable to walk on. Same for the area around the hot tub. I would suggest all that being torn up leveled and then recovered with pavers.
The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes very well. Had to run it at the max setting to get things clean. We had an issue with a bathroom breaker and the gentleman sent to resolve it was outstanding.

Grandkids really enjoyed the pool (even though it was freezing cold) and hot tub. Living room/dining room very roomy.
My Elderly Mother was with us and the house is not handicap friendly. She wasn't even able to take a shower due to there are no handrails. Also, I would think some blinds in the dining room would be nice to be able to sit in there during the morning - the sun was blinding.
