The apartment is located 3 blocks from Argostoli, where there are many shops and restaurants. There is AirCon, a washer and dryer, and it was clean. There is a kitchen and 2 bedrooms - one of the bedrooms has a TV and could double as a living room/hangout room. The host was very communicative and helped us arrange transportation to local beaches.
The beds were comfortable enough but a little thin on top. If you want beach access, you should rent a car; this is true for all locations on the island, unless you stay at a resort. This place is not super fancy but it's clean and an excellent option for someone with a mid-range budget.
