Ocean Dunes 1704 by Carolina Beach Realty

The view and the location was awesome. Had a great view with easy access to the beach. The rec center was located just across the highway with a short walk to the pool gym.

Internet very intermittent and when it did work, it was very slow couldn’t watch YouTube or Netflix without buffering . Found the dishwasher full of dirty dishes. I also found items left for my previous guest on countertop. The sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to open. Only seating for two on the balcony front storm door would not close found coffee stains under the coffee pot on the counter. outside shower at beach access did not work very well.

it would have been more helpful to have some maps for new guests who don't know the area.. even a map of where rec center/ outdoor pool were.

It was close to the beach. Had a great view. Beds were very comfortable. It's a very nice unit.

Couldn't find the reality company to pick up our passes. Said suite 104. Building said suite 104 was a lawyer's office. Went inside. There was NO 104. Really thought we had been scammed. Finally found a Carolina Reality sign laying on the sidewalk up against the building. The black box was on the wall above it. The silverware & other dishes, cookware were dirty. Had to wash everything. We had brought some disposable plates, thank goodness. No dish soap, only hand soap, which we used to wash the dishes. The dishwasher doesn't get the dishes clean. The washer and dryer needs replaced. Left some clothes in the washer spinning. Went out for a couple of hours and it was still spinning when we got back.
