Spore mieszkanie na parterze, z wygodnymi łóżkami, sporym stołem, dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią, klimatyzacją, dwoma toaletami, ładnymi meblami. Spory taras z którego 5 kroków do miejsca parkingowego (darmowe, przypisane do mieszkania). 2 minuty samochodem do centrum handlowego (Lidl, Spar, sklepy sportowe, drogerie) i stacji paliwo, do centrum czy najbliższych miejskich plaży 4-5 min samochodem.
W 07/2025 widok z tarasu to budowane bloki mieszkalne, ale lada dzień powinni ukończyć, więc i widok i hałasy się skończą.

Milí hostitelé. Čistý a prostorný byt v přízemí s velkou terasou. Klidná lokalita. Cyklostezka u domu vás během chvíle dovede do centra a přístavu. Parkování na vhrazeneném místě za závorou. Skvěle vybavený byt pro pobyt s rodinou.
