Perfectly suited to what we needed. A quiet little unpretentious apartment, off the main roads, with everything we needed for a short stay

A very nice and quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located to my father who I was visiting at an assisted living facility 2 miles away. The owner was friendly and nice. The bed was comfortable. The size of the unit was fine for me. Having heat was really nice since the weather was very cold for Florida when I was there.
The pathway to the entrance door was made up of square pavers that were placed too far apart. I had difficulty getting my luggage into the unit, because I was unable to pull them or roll them on the ground which was wet. I have a bad back, so I am unable to lift and carry my luggage. The pathway had solar lights, but they were not lit up, so it was very dark walking from the end of the driveway to the side of the house where the entry door is. There was very little counter space in the bathroom. The hot water takes quite a while to come out of the faucet. The toilet seemed as if it was going to overflow (it didn’t) as the water came up and went back down very slowly. The water in the toilet was always a light yellow color after flushing. There were drain flies in the bathroom sink and toilet. The kitchen and appliances could’ve been cleaner.

Everything for what I was looking for. Spaces were big and enjoyable, the house was equipped with all the amenities and more! I very much enjoyed the garden in the back, very private and peaceful. Didn't use the pool but it was nice even just the fact that it was there, the use for that is private but might lack some privacy as it faces the main house's windows (just for those who might be interested). Fortunately enough the owners were almost never there during my stay, still I had the chance to meet them in the front garden one day and they were very nice and available if needed.
Overall very positive experience, thanks!!
The position was perfect, as you will need a car anyway to drive around the of South Florida, unless you don't want to move from a designed city. The area was also very clean and safe
