Location, the apartment had everything needed for living, ocean view

Specifically in our unit, 3A, the bed was very hard and creaky—it was simply impossible to sleep on it. The pull-out sofa was just as bad. However, there were no issues with the bed in the master bedroom. While the main surfaces were clean, the blankets and furniture smelled musty and stale. The unit is in need of renovation and an update.

The unit was supplied with anything you may need. Extra pillows, blankets even box fans. Kids loved the pool. Extra beach chairs and beach games in the outside storage.

Didn't like the beach access even though it's new. A ramp would have been easier for us instead of steps. Since I use a beach wagon.

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. The location was perfect — right between both beaches — and the large deck offered an amazing view. The rooms were a comfortable size, and the unit was well‑supplied with plenty of towels, toilet paper, and other essentials. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed, which made the stay even easier. I also loved having dedicated parking extra outdoor storage for the unit and water hose available near parking. Grounds and pool area was clean. It is worth noting the noise from neighbors was minimal, as you would hear footsteps from time to time but it was not bothersome. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay again.

I did run into a few issues during my stay. The master bathroom shower had a previous crack repair that reopened while we were there, and the second bathroom had a very slow drain that caused water to pool during showers. I was glad to see a Keurig available, but it turned out to be broken, and I also came across a few dirty dishes in the cabinets. The couch and recliners definitely need to be steam cleaned as we threw the sheets over them for the pull out bed. The 4 p.m. check‑in time felt a bit late, especially compared to the early checkout. I understand gathering towels at checkout, but being required to strip all the linens felt like a lot — though I realize this may be more common in condos than hotels, which I’m more used to. The pool was also smaller and not deep enough for diving or more active play.Even with these issues, there were still more positives than negatives overall.
