It was self catering and had all we needed. A toaster would be an added bonus. Nice and spacious and clean.

The apartment was nice, clean, and comfortable, with several useful essentials provided. It had both a dishwasher and a washing machine, and the hosts thoughtfully left two detergent capsules for each, which was a nice touch. The apartment also had air conditioning and a balcony. The location was decent. Getting to the beach required crossing the street and walking downhill, but it was still only about a 5–10 minute walk overall.

The biggest issue was that the property had not been cleaned when we arrived, despite the representatives contacting us several times before our stay, including the day before and the day of arrival. We had clearly communicated our expected arrival time, so this was particularly disappointing. To their credit, the representatives were very nice and genuinely apologetic about the situation. However, no compensation or other accommodation was offered for the inconvenience. I was also disappointed by an additional cleaning fee that was not clearly disclosed during booking. The listing mentioned local taxes and fees, which I expected, but the final amount apparently included a cleaning fee of $50 or more. A charge like that should be clearly identified upfront rather than included under a general category of local fees. Because of the issue at check-in, I asked for a one-hour late checkout, which they kindly provided and I appreciated. Overall, the representatives were pleasant and helpful, but the lack of cleanliness upon arrival and the unclear cleaning fee negatively affected the experience.
