Whilst the entire house is bright, clean and new and the interior design is sublime offering all amenities for a weekend trip, the apartment would benefit from some practical improvements. The light concept in the apartment is appealing and modern. For the purpose (specific event) the place offered a calm & quiet street and everything needed in walking distance.

The studio apartment was bright as day as of dusk. Two windows (kitchen, “balcony”) lacked blinds or curtains all together and the light curtain present (huge window facing east) didn’t reduce luminance sufficiently. Another thing, the bathroom though very small has this luxurious flair (marble!). However, while a big shower is great, some installations require care (rain shower & cabin opening, handle of shower regulator). And it would benefit from a tad more brightness. Final point: it might be fancy to add light to technical installations (fuse box? covered by router). It is brighter than an emergency exit indication in a hotel.
