The unit was ok clean and tidy but no milk etc not good if u get there late

Booked through booking . com they didn’t say that the key wasn’t at the unit rang booking. Com to find out where key was they didn’t answer another lady staying there said we had to pick up key at agent over in town rang them twice didn’t answer they shut early 4 o clock we didn’t know what to do there was an electrician in the building he rang the boss who said the didn’t have a booking for us he rang booking. com they hadn’t sent the booking through we had to wait about an hour for them to sort out the problem
