Camere e zona giorno molto spaziose. Serramenti nuovi e validi. Vicinanza a 2/3 belle spiagge raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Gestori disponibili per sistemare eventuali problematiche. Parcheggio comodo fronte casa ed anche in parte ombreggiato. Terrazza spaziosa per colazione e cena (a pranzo fino alle 12:30 c'è un po' di ombra ma fa veramente caldo).
Dotazioni scarse e datate: Sarebbe bene rinnovare la doccia che è veramente piccola, prevedere un rubinetto esterno prima della scala per pulirsi dalla sabbia prima di entrare in casa, mancando la lavastoviglie ci vorrebbe un lavabo un po più grande (lavare a mano in quello attuale è impresa ardue essendo un unica vasca da 30 cm), la TV sarebbe meglio in zona giorno piuttosto che in camera, manca il Wi-Fi che sarebbe comodo essendo la connessione cellulare non ottimale.
