the outlook and view were amazing, the location was close to services, cafes, shops, public transport and of course the beach. The kitchen was well fit out with pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc and some basic cooking supplies.

Great location
Crockery was dirty in cupboard. Bathroom and kitchen run down. Doesn’t really resemble the pimped up pictures. No bodywash for shower, coffee empty and dry - stuck to bottom of jar. No heating or cooling - just a pedestal fan! Soft spongy bed. You are expected to put out rubbish, do dishes etc which is fine however given the premium tariff ($825.00 AUD for 2 nights off season) its a bit rich.
On this trip we have used Booking.com across 5 weeks in Europe and Sydney at either end for all our accom. We have utilised a combination of apartment style and hotel booking. The owners of this place are running it more akin to an Airbnb model whilst charging a premium, which is essentially for the corner view of the beach.
There are better and more affordable options in the area.
