Ótima localização, apartamento novinho, bem equipado, roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas, tem utensílios necessários caso queira preparar alguma refeição, o sofá cama é bem espaçoso e confortável, tem ferro e secador, valeu muito a pena.
Gostei de tudo, só queria deixar uma observação: Deixar roupa de cama/toalhas suficiente para todos os hóspedes, precisei solicitar mais uma toalha de banho, e a manta que deixam para ser utilizada pelo casal é pequena, passei frio. Mas no geral a acomodação é maravilhosa, nota 10.

Localização
A limpeza deixou a desejar. Embaixo das camas estava muito sujo. Não foram fornecidas informações sobre o lixo. Tinha apenas um pano de prato disponível e nenhum pano de chão. O box do chuveiro estava com vazamento e alagava o banheiro. Não foi feita limpeza em nenhum dia no flat durante a hospedagem (ficamos de quinta a domingo). O apartamento é, definitivamente, muito pequeno para 4 pessoas.
