Everything was great, neat, comfy … perfect!!!

Zero … nothing I can find to comment on. No single mistake or bad thing about it.

I like the actual price for a room, which is lower 36% than Booking.com had invoiced me.

I do not like approach of Booking.com to me as a Customer - actual price of booked room is 36% lower, than Booking.com had invoiced me: thus I had paid 660 Euro more for 2 months accommodation.

There were too many shortcomings for me. It simply wasn't what I expected and what I demand for the price. For example, the responsibility for final cleaning shouldn't be the responsibility of the departing guest, but rather the housekeeping staff. Anything else, in my opinion, is a safety and health risk for the new guest. Perhaps it's an initial difficulties, or perhaps they don't place much importance on this in Germany, I don't know, but it's very annoying for me as a customer. What also bothered me a lot was the poorly staffed reception. There's only someone there during the week, unthinkable in Hong Kong, and even then, the windows are closed, which gives the impression that the staff doesn't want to be disturbed by guests. My main criticisms are hygiene deficiencies, which are an absolute no-go for me: • Stale water in the coffee machine and kettle from the previous guest, as well as unwashed dishes, • Traces of urine from the previous guest in the bathroom, • Dried sputum from the previous guest on my balcony (apparently, many people in Germany go out onto their balconies in the morning to spit; I had to listen to this almost every morning from my roommates). Very disgusting! • The garbage room is an absolute disaster, with torn, dirty garbage bags piling up on the floor because there aren't enough trash containers. And the following deficiencies: • The coated pan is so scratched that it's a health hazard. • The cooking hood doesn't work. • No air conditioning (The building, and especially the apartments, heat up very quickly; unbearable without air conditioning! You can, of course, open the balcony door, but this only provides minimal relief in the summer. Furthermore, there's a constant background noise from the surrounding industrial cooling systems, making it difficult to concentrate on work with the balcony door open.) • No safe. • No hairdryer. • No light switch by the bed.

Lo mejor sin duda es la libertad que te da el acceso h que tiene el tren en la puerta, está muy muy bien comunicado.

Me gustó todo, por destacar a mejorar: pondría más papel higiénico y algunas cortesías más como jabón para la ducha, estropajo y jabón para lavar los platos.

Es ist sauber, sehr neu und alle sehr modern. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage und Aufzüge.

Das Anmeldeverfahren. Hat diesmal gar nicht funktioniert. Ich musste die Hausverwaltung anrufen. Geht erst nach 5 mal anrufen ran. Er musste dann ins Haus kommen. Auch da im System gab es wohl ein Problem. Wäre es nachts gewesen, hätte ich wohl im Auto schlafen mûssen. Ich habe daher Angst, wieder zu buchen und dass dieses Problem wieder auftritt.

Herr Bolut war zufällig im Haus und hat sich bezgl. des Zimmerzugangs in hervorragender Weise um mich gekümmert. Er hat mehre Telefonate geführt und ein Appartement für mich gefunden. Seine hilfsbereite und überaus freundliche Art hat keinen Ärger bezgl. des fehlenden Zugangs aufkommen lassen. Auch ein, zwei Tage später, als wir uns zufällig im Haus begegnet sind hat er sich nochmals erkundigt, ob danach alles geklappt habe. Solche Mitarbeiter braucht man, sie sind das positive Aushängeschild für das Haus! Im Übrigen ist die Lage des Hauses zwar in einem Industriegebiet, aber trotzdem ruhig. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus, der HBf Stuttgart ist ohne Umsteigen zu erreichen.

Der Zugangscode und der Code für den Zugang zum Zimmercode wurde via Mail übermittelt. Allerdings hat der Zugang zum Zimmercode nicht funktioniert. Ein Rückruf bei der angegeben Nummer hat nicht wirklich funktioniert.
