The apartment has a full kitchen - perfect for our stay. Also a good washer/dryer set-up which was a must for us.
The parking is convenient and secure. The location for us was great as it was rodeo week and we wanted to be close to the tram to NRG stadium.
The bed is horrible. It was super soft and we actually had to get a board to put under one corner so it didn't continually go through the bed slats. If you were elderly or not very flexible you would not be able to get out of this bed.
The only way into the building is via an App. If you are not from the USA you cannot dowload the app. We had to go and buy a phone just to be able to get in.
Some little nagging things - like no plug for the sink in the kitchen and no dishwashing powder - so on the first night we had to go out to the grocery shop just to be able to clean the dishes.
The unit could do with some maintenance - the bed, the blinds in the lounge room are half missing etc.
