Great communication and rapid support with anything I needed! I love what Tarja Comfort has done with the balcony. It's really comfortable. The washing machine and line is handy, and the rooms have been thoughtfully arranged. I've enjoyed my stay here. Appletree itself is great because you can find things you need there on the 1st level, or it's a little walk to the pedestrian walkway and beyond to find all kind of shops and stores if you want.
Ok: shower is awesome, but the slippers were too slippery! Maybe add some kind of mat in the shower?
