Aqueduct 1359 Hotel Apartments

We stayed for one week in the Deluxe Family Suite and had an excellent experience. The suite was very spacious, spotless and had a lovely view from the small balcony. The neighbourhood was calm and quiet at night, which is a real advantage in Kampala. Tony, the hotel manager, was extremely helpful and always ready to assist. Breakfast was served in our room every morning, and we also used the hotel chef twice for lunch and dinner - the food was excellent.

The only potential drawback is the distance from the city centre if you need to travel there frequently. The journey takes around 40–50 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

My third time staying here, and it just gets better every time! It’s always such a pleasure to come back and a big part of that is thanks to Tony, who is incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything you might need. He really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after. It’s lovely to stay somewhere that feels so familiar and where you know you’ll receive such a warm welcome. The apartments are incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and situated in a quiet area, making them a really relaxing place to stay. I’ll definitely be back again!

The welcoming, the cleanliness, the facilities

The first day I did have a cold shower and the water pressure was not too good on my first room but was a lot better when we moved rooms

Wir waren insgesamt 3 Nächte im Hotel . Nach der ersten Nacht hatten wir eine kurze Rundreise in Uganda gebucht . Das Hotel hat uns erlaubt , einiges von unserem Reisegepäck zurück zu lassen . Das fanden wir sehr gut.

Leider war der Hotelmanager vor Ort nicht mit eigenen Entscheidungskompetenzen ausgestattet . Auch war der Manager nicht darüber informiert, welche Leistungen das Hotel auf booking.com anbietet . Das finden wir ungewöhnlich für einen Manager .
