The apartment is clean, airy and conveniently located.

Host was a bit of a nightmare to deal with, he bombarded me several times a day with additional contract I have to sign to comply with Italian government regulations. I stay in Italy several times a year and never come across this requirement. The one way demands felt like a very poor customer service, where the client is the agency and Italian government, but not you. Very client unfriendly check-in /check out times and no empathy or advise with accommodating luggage. The last drop was that in the heat plus 35 they did not offer to even give a lift to the property. Very unprofessional and not customer focused rude service. Not helping customers, just chasing the contract and your money. Minimal supply : 1 tablet for 3 nights for the dish washer😅, poor toiletries , 4 coffee capsules for 3 days for 3 persons )). Bombarding you with rules about electricity , rubbish etc. Bathrooms are not in suite , and located far from the bedroom. I felt I am in the pioneer camp. All human aspect is clearly missing there .
