Avan luxury villas offer exactly what they promise- a new era of elegance in the beautiful island of Santorini. From the moment you step foot on the property you are immediately taken away by its beauty. The location itself is very unique, not too far from the village of Pyrgos but still isolated enough to enjoy moments of serenity and calmness which felt very exclusive. The biggest highlight for me is no other than the infinity pool with its panoramic view of the island, the perfect place to relax and unwind without a care in the world. The interior is equally charming and you can definitely tell it was designed with a lot of care and attention to detail. Everything is very ergonomically designed, from the fully equipped kitchenette, to the bright bathroom and the cozy bedroom. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful which also elevated the experience.

La villa, vraiment magnifique, bien décorée. Neuve et vraiment jolie. La vue, incroyable. Ça vaut le détour, la piscine de la villa Harmonia, grande, très belle et avec un dégagement et vue parfait. La propreté, vraiment au top. La gestion par Pinelopi et Thanos, au petit soin et très réactifs. Les propriétaires vivent juste à derrière. Ils sont accueillants et sympathiques et cherchent à assurer votre bien être. Le coin est vraiment sympa. Vue en direction de Perissa et dégagée sur la mer, au milieu des vignes et à env. 15’ à pied de la ville de Pyrgos (ça grimpe et il fait chaud). On est vraiment dépaysé et au paradis. Un vrai rêve de séjourner dans cette villa. À vivre absolument.

La villa Harmonia peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes (adultes), grâce au canapé lit. Toutefois, la vaisselle n’est pas en place pour 4 personnes. Il n’y a, pour le moment (ça devrait arriver prochainement) aucune possibilité de pendre du linge (ni à la salle de bain, avec 1 seul crochet) ni pour les caleçons de bain, par exemple. À 4, ça demande beaucoup de système D, dommage. Les gérants sont toujours disponibles et réactifs, mais au bout d’un moment, nous nous sentions mal à l’aise de faire toutes nos demandes (étendoir à linge, vaisselle manquante, linge de cuisine supplémentaires, etc). Nous avions le sentiment d’être pénibles ou exigeants, alors que c’était le minimum appréciable. L’accès est encore par un chemin de terre. Voiture indispensable. Malgré tout, une expérience géniale et nous recommandons absolument.

The villa is brand new, clean, very cozy and comfortable. The views from the outdoor infinity edge swimming pool are beautiful, and you could hang out there for hours. Hosts are very kind and were attentive to every small request we made. Thanos was there wo welcome us to the property and took his time to guide us about great things to do in Santorini. The kitchen is well equipped, so one can make some easy breakfast/dinner. The location is perfect - located on the edge of Pyrgos. It is very quiet, and yet close enough for everything around (great bakery, restaurants, grocery store etc.) We travel a lot, and this is one of the best experiences we have ever had. highly recommended.

Nothing not to like. The place exceeded expectations

Αισθανόμαστε πολύ τυχεροί που επιλέξαμε αυτό το καταπληκτικό κατάλυμα για τις διακοπές μας. Ολοκαίνουργιο, πεντακάθαρο, εξαιρετικής αισθητικής και πολύ φιλόξενοι οικοδεσπότες. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα για ήσυχες και χαλαρές διακοπές, καθότι η τοποθεσία του είναι εξαιρετική, μακριά από την βοή του πλήθους και πολύ κοντά στα αξιοθέατα και στις διάσημες ομορφιές του νησιού.
