Host communication was great, they were very nice, the interior was updated, price was great, location was central to everything we wanted to do (45 min to 90 min from the lake, volcano, beaches, san salvador, airport, etc). I mentioned it was my birthday and they left a care package which was very sweet of them! A/C in the rooms worked really well. Has a hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, iron, and everything you need in the kitchen!
Mattresses on the beds were super hard - both my friend and I prefer softer mattresses. It was hard to sleep because of that, as well as the extremely loud club downstairs that was playing music all night (we stayed on the weekend). Many small ants and some big ants in the kitchen near the garbage. Sometimes the bathroom smelled like sewage. For the price we paid for 3 nights, we were able to deal with this - we were out exploring so we did not spend much time at the stay.

We stayed in the apartment for one week. Andrea and Ohmar, the owners, were very nice and always communicated promptly. They were so kind and carried our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs as my husband was recovering from a neck injury. We loved the apartment as it was modern and bright. The bathroom was a jewel. They provided us with enough towels, more than the usual 2. They were very flexible when we requested some changes.
