Appartement très bien placé avec gardien à l'entrée de la résidence. Quartier avec tout le nécessaire à proximité. Appartement spacieux et confortable. Clim dispo seulement dans le salon mais suffisant pour la période.
On était 4 adultes et un bébé, juste une serviette de disponible ! On était pas les seuls dans l'appartement, des résidents permanent y séjourne (quelques blattes) mais cela est presque normal au Maroc, si habitué ce n'est pas choquant.

First of all, the response is super quick. I would recommend reaching out to him on WhatsApp as he is very quick. I booked the appartmeent at 12pm and I was in contact with him by 4pm to pick up the keys! What i really like about the place is a gated community with a sécurité guard who opens up the gate everytime. There is parking right in front of the building.. The AC is functional and amazing. The room is super spacious and the furniture is new. It does get hot a lot during the day so we would recommend closing the other room doors to keep the cooling in the living!
