Overall was okay for short stays.

The locations was great. The property area is big enough for couple. And tidy And cute candles :)

There was no enough facilities such as WiFi, toast machine, Iron. There was no main goods like oil, salt and such things. There was a coffee machine but no capsules at all The lightings were not working in dining room.

Budget accommodation in the city center.

Location was perfect

There is a general lack of attention for details. There are no mosquito nets which makes opening the windows quite difficult. The lift of the building doesn’t work most of the time and the entrance is quite dirty.

key handling; amenities missing; It took more than 2 hours to get the key; the host kept sending the same message which asked us to scan ids via a strange website. It contradicts with the booking description that the host would meet in person to handle the key. I had to call booking customer service. The door to the balcony in the living room is not working

Nice stay if you are okay with the lack of proper Wi-Fi and the reliance on WhatsApp.

The facility is newly renovated and clean. It's unfortunate that some of the equipment is not working because the batteries are dead. The independently controlled air conditioning is appreciated.

There is no dedicated Wi-Fi in the apartment. The signal is extremely weak and barely reaches inside, while connectivity is noticeably better near the building’s (not the apartment's) main entrance—suggesting the apartment may not have its own internet connection. Additionally, important information such as check-in instructions and the Wi-Fi password appears to be shared exclusively via WhatsApp. Non-WhatsApp users must request these details separately via email, which can be inconvenient. Had I known about the lack of proper Wi-Fi and the reliance on WhatsApp for check-in, I would not have booked this accommodation.

Appartamento nuovo, confortevole, molto caldo e con tutte le comodità. Proprio nel centro della città e con ascensore per salire al piano. Facilità nel reperire chiavi per entrare.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la gestione sia completamente delegata ad una IA e, nonostante l'intermediario si sia reso disponibile, dal momento che avevo alcune domande da fare in merito alla fattura, non sono riuscita a parlare con il proprietario, ma ad interfacciarmi solo con l'IA

Centrale, molto ampio, moderno. Personale attento.

La IA Maya fornisce informazioni sbagliate tutto il tempo... Cucina senza possiblità di fare un caffè, machina senza capsule, poca generosità nei dettagli (condimenti, sale, zucchero, cose basiche per un soggiorno), cocina all'oscuro perchè tutte le lampade stavano bruciate.

Non si può discutere sull’ottima posizione della struttura e sulla modernità dell’appartamento

Da rivedere la pulizia nei piccoli dettagli e soprattutto una maggior cura per i piccoli servizi ad esempio, carta igienica di scorta qualora finisse, stesso discorso per il tappetino per la doccia che abbiamo bagnato involontariamente il primo giorno. Sarebbe stato molto gradito mettere delle capsule di cortesia per gli ospiti :)

Bene, ma si può migliorare

Posizione e comfort dell'appartamento sono i punti forti, da migliorare alcuni aspetti della gestione. Pulizia ottima. Esperienza molto positiva (inaspettatamente) con assistenza via Whats App, basata su intelligenza artificiale: ha risposto con efficacia a domande e osservazioni che servivano a risolvere problemi riscontrati sul posto. Apprezzabile, comunque, anche lo staff "umano" che ci ha seguito in questa occasione.

Le dotazioni della cucina hanno bisogno di una attenta rivalutazione. Servono integrazioni e rimpiazzi di elementi ormai usurati. Noi abbiamo avuto qualche disavventura oltre il normale, però va riconosciuto il pronto intervento dello staff locale per risolvere le questioni.

THE WORST STAY EVER!!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMEND IT

Everything was terrible!!! Jimmy the person incharge at Pavia was very rude!! No toilet paper, the shower didnt work we had to wait 2 days for them to fix it we had to go to my son house to shower and nobody helped us the worst place I would never never never recomend it. It is sad because the location is great, but Jimmy in Pavia and the main office in Milan terrible!!! It was super dirty we found nails all over the bedroom. Really a total nightmare

L’appartamento è nuovissimo, completamente ristrutturato. Si trova in posizione perfetta, in pieno centro storico.

L’accoglienza non è stata delle migliori. Check in automatico e chiavi già in struttura. Peccato che abbia avuto un problema con l’apertura del lucchetto e per questo ho avuto un colloquio telefonico non proprio cortese. Per fortuna l’assistenza tramite Booking è stata di supporto. Ringrazio Maya per questo. Piccole accortezze: manca un tappetino doccia e la luce dell’ingresso non funziona. E magari una bottiglia d’acqua sarebbe cortese farla trovare. Confusione notturna ma non particolarmente fastidiosa.

Saubere, neu und modern eingerichtete Wohnung in der Fussgängerzone der Altstadt von Pavia. Sehr zentral gelegen. Ideal für die Stadtbesichtigung, alles sehr schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Wohnung auch sehr grosszügig, (Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche und Badzimmer mit grosser begehbarer Dusche.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war zwar unkompliziert, jedoch sehr unpersönlich und "kalt". Nur Uebergabe, keine Infos, Im Stil: Hier ist die Wohnung, beim Verlassen Schlüssel auf dem Tisch und Türe schliessen... das war's!
