The manager William was great to work with and really helped to make our stay great!

Location was great and the setup in the room was very nice. Has a great stocked kitchen/ dining area with all the kitchen appliances/ utensils we needed to stay and eat in room. I liked having the bed in its own quiet room too!

It was a bit warm during out stay and there wasn’t an AC , however they were very accommodating with extra fans and it had 3 windows we could open.

We had a great stay at Swell House! The property was very comfortable and clean, and conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. William was easy to reach and checked in on us.

There was some noise from the street in the evening, but that is to be expected.

Booked the swell house for a spontaneous trip and it could not have been more perfect. Super clean space, great quality amenities and finishes, awesome location within close proximity to everything we wanted in Santa Cruz.

Enjoyable, clean, comfortable with easy beach access

Great location and love the room layout/decor/functionality. Wonderful they had all the small toiletries and kitchen items (loved the kitchenette). Great shower/bathroom. Easy to communicate with owners. Bed/bedding was comfy/stayed warm. Easy beach access.

Only item was it seemed the walls might be thin as you could hear people talking more so in the living room area where the wall heaters line up to the other room.
