The rooms were clean and pleasant with all the necessities. I also LOVED that it is down the street from a lovely quiet beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. It’s nice to go to the boardwalk, but I don’t want to stay near the boardwalk.

Perfect for two, maybe three people in a room. I couldn’t imagine comfortably staying with four or more people in a room. Bed was super comfortable and loved the kitchenette. The area is nice too, can walk to a nearby beach and lots of places to eat that are nearby as well. Highly recommend going to Capitola which is about a 10 minute drive from the property.

We had a leaky faucet in the bathroom sink, and it would only stop if you turned the handle off a certain way. The shower head pressure I think was too jet-like (rough), but I guess I’d rather have a higher water pressure than a weak one.

The studio was clean and an easy walk to the beach.

If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the place for you. The property is located on a busy street, so there's a lot of traffic noise. Walls are thin, so you will hear your neighbor in the shower at 6:15 am, and the fan in the bathroom is as loud as a hair dryer. Also, it was disappointing that the studio did not have a place to hang clothes (wall hooks, but no hangers) or a bistro table and chairs, despite having a kitchen. We carried our dinner across the parking lot to eat at an outdoor table. Finally, the toilet requires extra care holding down the handle to flush properly and the posted wifi instructions were incorrect. Any of these aspects alone would not be a big deal, but added together, they are annoying when paying over $300/night.
