Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Terrasse. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Das Stadtzentrum von Aurich ist mit dem Fahrrad gut in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Das Haus ist architektonisch sehr ansprechend, modern und dann mit älteren Accessoires schön ergänzt worden. Das Haus ist super gepflegt, nicht abgerockt, urgemütlich und der Ausblick in den Garten sehr beruhigend. Zudem liegt es in einer äußerst ruhigen Gegend und etwas versteckt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der nette Vermieter, der uns bei einem kleinen Problem umgehend half - er wohnt 4 Häuser weiter, was von Vorteil ist.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus, ideal für zwei Erwachsene und ggf. Kinder, die auf der Empore schlafen und auch spielen können. Alles ist hell und freundlich. Man kann auf der Terrasse oder auch auf dem Rasen prima entspannen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig außerhalb der Stadt im Wohngebiet, die nahen Tennisplätze sind kaum zu hören. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man schnell in die Stadt und zum Einkaufen. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und haben immer schnell reagiert.
In der ansonsten sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche gibt es kein Gefrierfach und keine Mikrowelle.
