Die Ansicht bzw. Fassade ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend aufgefrischt werden

Het uitzicht was prachtig, het appartement netjes schoon en verzorgd.

Het bed en kussens waren iets te zacht.

The view

It was clean, and it seemed newly furnished with a lot of attention to detail and amenities (eg gummy bears, sparkling water, nice soap and shampoo in bathroom), which we really appreciated. Also, the view from the balcony, as others mentioned, is beautiful.

Mainly, I don’t think this should be on Booking, but rather on Airbnb. We would’ve appreciated having seen a picture of the apartment block in which the room is situated as as well as a mentioning that the room is (apparently) the only holiday rental and everybody else seems to be single person household residents. As the room is small and you can easily hear the neighbours, it made us uncomfortable staying in the room with two small kids and we didn’t feel comfortable going to the pool, as it felt intrusive to the residents. Clear communication about this beforehand, and a host that is not so anonymous (eg mention your name and maybe a picture or personal story why you are renting out -what I assume is- your house) could have countered this discomfort. Probably more suitable for 1 or 2 adults or long stay.
