Nada, todo bien

The location was very good. Near the beach and shops. The appartment was clean. Good airconditioning and very good beds.

The communication with the agency wasn’t always easy. I requested an early checkin because we landed at 8h in Alicante. But even the day before arrival she couldn’t tell me if that was possible. So we had no place to put our luggage. A later checkout was possible and very helpfull. We also did not receive a key for the gate so we had to park our car on the street. Also the terrace was not clean, including the sun beds. And there was no stuff to clean it. Would be helpfull to have more then one key to enter the appartment if you want to do some solo shopping or walks. You couldn’t do that because there was only 1 key.

The location was great. A really accessible location. The pool was lovely.

It was very difficult to communicate with the host. I tried upon booking and again in advance of the trip and could not get a straight answer until the day of arrival. A small but memorable thing, 1 bin bag and 1 dishwasher tablet for 5 days was unhelpful. We have stayed in other apartments in this complex and they were far more generous with such items.
