Oasis Beach nice ground floor bungalow overlooking the pool and garden

I liked that I was met at the main gate and brought into the apartment! Excellent huge TV and great wifi for work. Ground floor so no steps, but noisy tenants upstairs is annoying but not this properties fault!. Excellent air con and comfortable beds, There was no cutlery on arrival but this was replaced within an hour which was appreciated.! Its nice and private yet overlooking pool area. Directly opposite the Boulevard, 6min walk to the Saturday market and 5min walk to Mercadona!! A few baby ants arrived but thats expected in the heat a big Oro spray will solved that. Great apartment!

I didnt like that through booking.com especially that you cannot ask any questions beforehand. I knew I was definitely going so booked a non-refundable rate. Then after booking was paid for in full I contacted the agency to ask about late arrival as flight was landing at 9pm so could be after 11pm and was told about extra charges and NO check-ins after 11pm! this had me a bit worried so I asked if I got a Friday morning flight would that would be okay and was told all will be fine just log in and amend your booking and you will be refunded for the Thursday night. I booked my Friday flights then could not amend the booking or get a refund so literally paid for an extra night that I didnt stay there. This has happened with this company before with me and with others so just check reviews beforehand. Lots of excuses after mostly blaming me for everything but I was told to amend booking and it would be sorted and it wasnt. They are not good at replying quickly and dont respond to anything on a Sunday so if you are travelling at the weekend be aware of this!!

The location was great. A really accessible location. The pool was lovely.

It was very difficult to communicate with the host. I tried upon booking and again in advance of the trip and could not get a straight answer until the day of arrival. A small but memorable thing, 1 bin bag and 1 dishwasher tablet for 5 days was unhelpful. We have stayed in other apartments in this complex and they were far more generous with such items.
