Facilities excellent, with the sauna this would be enjoyable in cool months. Very centre location on main pedestrian street in old town, near boats, bus, train & taxi rank & beach.
The 5 flights of steep stairs. The building is of its era & can’t accommodate a lift/elevator. I would not recommend for a person with a mobility issue or who has not basic fitness.

Beautiful, clean apartment in downtown Ajaccio. Nice little balcony overlooking the square and harbour. Well equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker. The jetted tub and sauna were an added bonus! Very comfortable firm bed.
If you are mobility impaired this might not be your best choice as you need to climb to the 5th floor. No Elevator!

Emplacement et vue exceptionnelle malgré les 5 étages sans ascenseur
À près de 200€ la nuit, nous n’avons pas apprécié d’avoir une porte de cuisine arrachée posée à côté du frigo, une fenêtre de la salle de bain qui ne s’ouvre pas totalement et des joints noirs dans la douche
