Ground Floor Apartment - Cloisters Coastal Escape

We had a lovely long weekend in this apartment. Very good location right in the centre of the old town of Bridlington. Great communication from the owners both before and during our stay. Apartment is clean and spacious

There were no bin liners and only one very small kitchen bin.

Good location and well equipped. Good access instructions - would have been useful to be told where bin store was and if there were any recycling things to know but owner was responsive to query. Could have been cleaner (hairs and old but of soap in the bath, living room floor not very clean) but beds very comfortable and clean so we would stay again. Would be a good idea to provide a counter spray - I picked a Mrs Hinch spray up from Savers

Location in Old Town suited us. Modern apartment complex. Spacious, smart and everything was quite new. . Ground floor and wide doors would make this be good for less mobile people and anyone who struggles to get suitcases up stairs. Designated parking place was a bonus. Hot water seemed to be from a combi -boiler so came on tap which was good.

( it included manuals for washing machine, oven and hob but not microwave which we couldn’t get going).Rubbish and recycling arrangements - internet informed us about a blue bin for recycling in East Riding but there was none in the rubbish store. We are conscientious and would’ve like to do it right! Minimal kitchen stuff - there was enough crockery and cutlery for four/five people and a couple of small saucepans/frypans but if you actually wanted to cook a meal, skme sort of larger casserole dish like Pyrex would be handy. A few smaller glasses/ tumblers would have been handy - the smart tall wine glasses don’t work for everything. These are minor issues - didn’t spoil things for us.

Spacious n clean. Easily maintained during stay.

No hooks for towels or coats. Wrong WiFi information. The polyester bed linen especially as one guest is allergic to it. Had to use a cotton throw off sofa to protect skin. Fire alam bussing so had to replace battery.
