No hay recepcionista q hable español piden depósito de 100 y hay q hacer el aseo nosotros mismos camas hechas todo el aseo en general baños lavados para la devolución del dinero entonces no desinfectan ni cambian sábanas para los siguientes huéspedes 🤔

Overall, we appreciated the stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. • Reception opening hours were quite limited, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. • There is only one amenities block, with a single washing machine available. Unfortunately, during our stay it damaged and discoloured several of our clothes. While we reported the issue, we felt the concern was not really addressed. • The cooking equipment provided in the lodge is rather basic and could be better equipped for guests who plan to prepare their own meals. • The canvas lodge would have benefited from a more thorough cleaning before our arrival. • Food options at reception are very limited, which reduces convenience for guests staying on site. • The swimming pool opening hours (11:00-18:00) are somewhat restrictive, especially during the summer season. • Considering the facilities and services offered, we felt that the value for money, particularly in August, could be improved. We share these comments in the hope that they may help enhance the guest experience in the future.
