Très bien placé, facile de se garer malgré le fait d’être en hyper centre. Le logement est très spacieux et la clim est très appréciable. Bien placé aussi pour aller sur de très belles plages. L’hôte s’est montré très serviable et nous a donne beaucoup de conseils.

Malheureusement ça n’a pas de rapport avec le logement en lui même donc cela n’affectera pas la note mais la voisine est extrêmement bruyante, marche en talons très tard le soir et très tôt le matin.

The apartment itself was very good overall –comfortable, clean and well-located. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in one of the bedrooms.

However, our overall impression was clouded by the check-in experience. The administrator insisted on charging us an additional €24 in so-called taxes, which were clearly already included in the total price on our Booking.com reservation. Despite showing him the confirmed payment (which explicitly stated that all taxes and fees were included), he kept referring to his internal system and pressuring us to pay again. Sorry, but I come on holiday to relax – not to spend half an hour at check-in figuring out unexpected charges and dealing with Booking.com support. This situation left a disappointing impression and unfortunately overshadowed what could have been a much more pleasant stay.

Appartamento ampio che sa di recente ristrutturazione e ottimo anche per 4 persone, nel centro di Noto; confortevole e pulito. Augusto ci ha accolto e elargito ottimi consigli rendendosi disponibile per qualsivoglia bisogno. Consiglio vivamente
