The room was much nicer than I expected and I was very surprised that a generous breakfast was included. Proximity to the beach amazing. Staff at the restaurant was wonderful.
When I arrived, the electric door covering the balcony window was out of order meaning I had no sunlight at all in the room for two days. I would not even mention it, but the owner was quite grumpy with me about it when I asked if there was a clothes drying rack because I couldn’t see that it was there on the balcony. There is a large crack along the door to the hall where it doesn’t properly seal. There is no barrier to noise in the hallway/no privacy. If anyone is talking outside, it is as if they are in the room with you. The owners went on holiday during my visit. Housekeeping was lax during that time and when I messaged the owners requesting to arrange someone to bring the luggage down for checkout 2 days later, they told me I would have to handle it myself. The restaurant staff were outstanding and arranged help for me when the owners couldn’t be bothered. It’s really disappointing to be treated this way.

Clean Room, nice bed and spacious shower.
Breakfast can be improved offering the choice of something like brioches or cakes. Otherwise good quality.

- Отличное расположение: у самого моря, рядом автобусная остановка, магазины, кафе/рестораны, одна остановка от центра города
- Включен хороший завтрак с вариантами на выбор (большая редкость в Греции)
- Удобная кровать
- Есть чайник и кофеварка
P.S. Регистрация на первом этаже в магазине (принадлежит владельцам жилья)
- Уборка не очень внимательная: стаканы заляпаны, на зеркале оставались брызги, раковина была не чистая
- Плохая звукоизоляция: двери пропускают любой шум из коридора (я жил на 2 этаже)
- В моем номере не хватало плотной шторы на окне - с рассветом в комнате становится слишком светло, это мешало спать

In buona posizione per raggiunge Heraklion. È un bell'appartamento lungo la spiaggia in zona turistica. È ben attrezzato e ben arredato. La colazione si fa nel locale di fronte.
Abbiamo avuto dei problemi per arrivare perché l'indirizzo indicato su booking non è chiaro. Non essendoci una reception non sapevamo come entrare.
Il menu della colazione secondo me dovrebbe essere un pò più completo
