Idéalement situé en bord de mer avec effectivement la vue magnifique du balcon au lever du soleil, la mer est juste en dessous. Très propre refait à neuf. On peut garer la voiture sur la rue en dessous de l'appartement en mai. Entrée autonome facile, avec boîte à clé.
Le village est sans intérêt. Nombreuses ruines, maisons délabrées et assez sale. Après l'hôtel Hilton il y a un grand parc le long de l'immense place qui pourrait être sympa mais qui est totalement négligé.
