We really enjoyed our stay at this historic house. There was a room for everyone, beds were comfy, and it was so close to town we could walk to restaurants! Lovely vintage elements in the home and a nice screened in porch on the back for morning coffee. The big dining room table was great for meals and board games!

I could not have found a better place to hold a family event. The home is absolutely gorgeous and very inviting. Comfortable atmoshere and beautiful surroundings. The space and room the home provides is excelllent for family times. This experience with an BNB has enlightened me that there are much more affordable and friendly atmosheres than an hotel/motel could provide. I willl be using this property again if needed. HIGHLY recommend this home/property for an experience into downtown Nicholasville, KY.

We had an amazing time. The house is full of beautiful dishes and other antiques. The bathrooms and kitchen are modem. Well stocked. Very clean. The back patio was a great place to sit. It was very quiet. The beds were comfortable. The dining room table had leaves so we all could sit together and have meals. Overall a fabulous experience.

The house and the grounds are outstanding. Beautifully and comfortably furnished with plenty of room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed.
It is an easy walk to town , and comfortable drives to UK as well as the Bourbon and Equestrian offerings throughout the Bluegrass state.
