The Village Blue Haven Condo - Private Beach Access Pool & Hot Tub

The location of unit was great with many food options ,bike rentals ,stores and evening music .

Although you can furnishings nice some are worn and slipcovers could use cleaning . The glass in master bathroom mirror has a spot on it that is annoying to look at but still ok. Some water marks on ceiling . The tram to beach is nice but thought from description it was closer my bad . Was difficult for gps to find but eventually did . Definitely need new beach chairs but as an older woman and stairs at beach I probably wouldn’t carry them anyway . All in all enjoyed our stay .

The location was perfect, it was very easy to walk to restaurants, the village of Rosemary Beach and to the beach. There was an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived, but the staff immediately addressed the issue and communication was very good. The unit was spotless and everything we needed was well stocked.

The unit could use some updating in the bathrooms and kitchen. Unit is a bit worn and could use a little facelift. The beach chairs that were available were broken and needed to be replaced.

I loved how quiet and easy access to 30A it was ! We loved the tram made it so convenient to go to the beach

Convenient location once we found the property ( no signs indicating we were at the correct location)….nothing said Village Blue Haven or Rosemary beach. Good washer dryer. Close to tram. Good air conditioner.

Dated and run down , dingy. Too noisy. Entry door had crack in it. No lysol to wipe counters. Mattress in 2nd bedroom needs replacing. Not enough hooks in bathrooms for wet towels or bathing suits.
