Bungalow Sun terrace 360º Relax

Estuve en este bungalow el mes de anterior con mi familia y merece mi máxima puntuación porque el personal tuvo un nivel de detalles súper significativo. Todos los productos de aseo en el baño y el material de cocina excelente. Todo muy limpio y arreglado. La zona muy tranquila y la ubicación excelente también.

Hay algo negativo que añadir y es una pena porque tiene una pareja de vecinos en la parte de abajo muy desagradables. Al llegar ese día comenzaron a llamarnos la atención porque supuestamente habíamos hecho ruido muy temprano en la mañana 🤔💁‍♀️. Le explicamos que acabábamos de llegar y en la noche estábamos sentados en la terraza a las 10:15 pm inclusive sin poner siquiera música y fuimos requeridos en un tono muy desagradable porque estábamos hablando alto. Es lo único negativo del sitio porque el alojamiento está estupendo. Gracias por todo.

Que el alojamiento estaba súper bien equipado. No tuvimos que comprar nada, salvo la comida a consumir. Había de todo, secador, tele, cafetera, microondas, wifi, trapos de cocina, aceite, sal, jabones, etc

Es difícil de decir, pero por poner algo, el sofá cama hacía ruido cuando té movías

The balcony view and the neighborhood was very quite

Honestly our stay was not as good as we expected, mainly because of the cleanliness of the apartment. There were cockroaches and mosquitoes everywhere and we spent most of the night trying to get rid of them instead of getting proper rest! The apartment needs thorough cleaning and disinfection before being rented to guests. The blankets for the twin beds were not available, and there were too few towels. Also, the curtains need to be repaired, as they are not working properly. The sunlight comes in very early in the morning making it difficult for the children to get enough sleep. You also need a car to stay here, as most places are quite far away. Unfortunately, the washing machine was not working either. I informed the host about the issue, but no one came to fix it or provide any assistance during our stay. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and hope these issues will be addressed for future guests.
