Stunning view, fully equipped, modern and newly renovated, generous space. The hosts were very warm, welcoming and helpful all the way. The sunsets seen from the balcony are to be remembered!

Альфонсо зустрів нас і надав всю необхідну інформацію щодо цих чудових апартаментів, в яких є все і навіть ще трошки більше:), ніж потрібно для комфортного проживання, приготування їжі і відпочинку. Балкон, який надає можливість насолоджуватися фантастичними краєвидами під час ранкової кави і так само нічними пейзажами під час романтичної вечері. В апартаментах зроблено дуже гарний ремонт з деталями інтер'єру і декору, які підкреслюють чудовий смак власників і створюють відчуття, що ти вдома. Парковка доступна вздовж дороги через майже 250 сходів вверх. Продуктові магазини (маленькі, але з достатнім асортиментом) в пішій доступності - більше 100 сходів в один бік. Море - найчистіше! Пляжі - як платні, так і безкоштовні : один в пішій доступності, другий - автобус або авто 3 кілометри.

Це виключно, як інформація для людей, яким буде важко підніматися до апартаментів по сходам, а не як мінус. До пляжа Gavitella Beach Вам треба подолати майже 500 сходинок в один бік і стільки ж нагору). Як альтернатива, ви можете їздити на пляж Marina di Praia автобусом або на авто, але при цьому Вам все одно треба буде подолати більше 100 сходів до зупинки.

Non c’è nulla che migliorerei. Assolutamente da consigliare E non fatevi spaventare dagli scalini (in Costiera è tutto così)ne vale veramente la pena.

Home away from home Right from the warm welcome and the excellent communication beforehand with Alfonso and Adele, I felt very much in good hands. The flat is simply stunning! Completely refurbished, furnished with great attention to detail (Adele’s professional background – she’s an archaeologist – really shines through in the design), absolutely stylish, and it truly lacks nothing! I particularly liked (apart from the fantastic view and location) the high vaulted ceiling with frescoes and the design of the bathroom. I was here over Easter and there were even lovely Easter decorations. And the first few groceries had already been provided (fruit, milk, juice, etc.), so all I had to do was turn up. Adele and Alfonso looked after the guests and attended to every need with such warmth. Combined with the comprehensive information provided about Praiano and local transport options, it was simply perfect! The apartment is in a completely quiet location above the centre of Praiano (within walking distance of everything), and offers an unrivalled view over the village, Positano, the Amalfi Coast and the sunset. It was really hard to leave; I enjoyed every minute to the fullest !
