Washington Cottage was the perfect cosy and comfortable retreat for our group of female friends on our most recent hiking trip. The kitchen and dining was so well equipped we ate in every night! The bedrooms are huge and very comfy. There's even a cute garden and lovely undercover outdoor area with chiminea and pizza oven (though we didn't use these). The bonus bottle of red wine on arrival was welcome too.
Our only complaints: the hand towel falls off the knob it's meant to hang off on the ensuite wall. And one of our group found their bedroom too hot when the central heating was on.

The Barossa Valley is a superb location for a weekend visit. The cottage was beautifully appointed and had a wonderful welcoming feel to it. Our hosts were very generous with the amenities that were available

Location of of the property was excellent, quite safe and secure in a village atmosphere.
There was nothing at all that we did not like. Only comment would be internet did drop in and out particularly in the evening. Probably a service provider issues but thought it was worth letting you know.
