The good side of the accommodation is the price. You will hardly find something comparable. If you keep the price in mind, you can oversee - to a certain extent - many of the shortcomings. Besides, the cleaning staff was kind and friendly.

It might be different for other rooms, but the room we stayed - room 4 - I do not recommend, especially for couples. The space was small, we could barely fit our luggage and definitely could not open them fully. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom size was good. But I cannot overstate this: the water pressure in the shower was almost nonenxistent. You will have to shower several times, as Cartagena is warm, but the water will come in (almost) drips. I’ve never seen anything like it. Also there were no surfaces in the shower to place soaps etc. The location is good, everything felt safe, but be aware that it is not close enough to the center and main touristic sites that you can comfortably walk. You will need to Uber or take public transport, so if you want to avoid that, the place is not ideal. I also had a hard time with communication. They require an online check in made through a link that was not working. I tried to explain this several times, to no avail - I was misunderstood as if I was the problem. There is no possibility of in-person checkin as there was no reception staff, so this was pretty stressful.
