Molto comoda la posizione e bella la vista sul mare e sulla piazza principale di Marettimo. Personale accogliente e disponibile.
L'appartamento è una terrazza chiusa e presenta delle vetrate per cui c'è molto caldo durante il giorno. Purtroppo abbiamo notato che ci sono delle fessure ai lati da dove entra aria, motivo per cui l'appartamento non riesce a rinfrescarsi bene, pur essendo dotata di condizionatore. Si sente una notevole differenza tra la temperatura della camera da letto e la zona della cucina.
