Exceptional view from the terrace, sunset and complete experience of the Adriatic Sea, visible from the living room of the apartment. The apartment is practically new and modern, features a good layout and efficient use of space, and has everything needed for a great vacation.
Although the apartment is located just 10 meters from the sea, there is no direct access to the water from the building; the apartment essentially overlooks a bay where many boats are anchored and which is not suitable for swimming, but this does not diminish the value of the magical view it possesses and the energy it carries.
