La casa è molto vicina al mare. La casa è nuova e ben pulita. Cucina ben attrezzata.

Assenza di aria condizionata nella camera da letto e di un ventilatore per colmare, in parte, questa mancanza. Doccia troppo piccola e senza box quindi si allaga il bagno con facilità nonostante la tendina. Casa (al 1 piano) molto rumorosa, per il continuo sbattere di porte e portone condominiale malfunzionante, in ogni orario del giorno. Divano letto scomodo per dormire.
