Beau chalet agréable et bien placé. Notre séjour a été gâché par une gestion catastrophique.
Beau chalet , bien placé.
Les prestations données ont été inaccessibles tout le long du séjour. Le chalet propose une piscine , un hamman , un sauna. La piscine a été froide tout le long du séjour (l’eau plafonnait à 24/25 degrés ) les gestionnaires ne laissent pas la possibilité d’augmenter la température au locataire alors qu’il est mentionné dans l’annonce qu’elle est chauffée … L’eau s’est mise par la suite a débordé et a envahi la pièce. Une inondation a donc eu lieu …. Par la suite des vapeurs de chlore très puissantes ont laissé l’impossibilité de s’y rendre et laissaient inaccessible le sauna , le hamman , et la salle de TV… A notre arrivée , la vaisselle n’était pas très propre , les canapés avaient beaucoup de miette et résidus , et alors … il ne faut pas regarder dessous …
