ST Kodai Heaven Stay

The staff were extremely helpful, very polite, and consistently attentive. My family and I truly appreciated the care they showed us throughout our stay. Special thanks to Selvakumar, Basit, and Cook Vinod for making us feel so comfortable. The homely breakfast and dinner were absolutely top-notch — we’ve never had such hygienic and delicious home-style food anywhere else in Kodaikanal. The meals made us feel like we were dining at home, and that experience truly stood out during our visit.

Our experience at the property was unfortunately not very satisfactory. The parking facility was inadequate, and the overall sleep quality was poor. We were assigned a room on the back side of the building, which was adjacent to another property and close to a public road. This raised security concerns for us, as we felt there was a risk of trespassers entering the premises from the road. Noise from the neighboring property and the road was quite disturbing, especially during nighttime, making it hard for us to rest. Cleanliness was another major issue. The blankets provided appeared to be reused from previous guests and did not seem properly washed — we noticed hair and sindoor stains on them, which was very unhygienic and unpleasant. Additionally, the bathroom taps had very low water pressure, which made basic use inconvenient. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations, especially in terms of hygiene, safety, and comfort.
