The apartment is in a modern block of flats, very clise to to old tow, less than 10 min on foot. The owner was very nice and helpful, it was easy to find the apartment and the keys because of her clear instructions
No coffee maker, strange for such a well-equipped apartment. The A/C was not working. There was a floor fan, and I appreciate it, it really helped.

This is a modern apartment in an upscale area with a upscale medium sized supermarket, a public transport tram 4 that takes you into the city centre in on stop or walking distance to the old town centre.
This is better than a 5-star hotel; all amenities are provided - toothpaste, shampoo, hair dryer, ironing board, umbrella, fully fitted small kitchen, coffee, cooking facilities, air conditioning etc.
This apartment is highly recommended, ideally suited for up to 2 people..

We really loved the place. The studio is so clean and very modern. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise that you can hear from outside even if the location is along the main street. The grocery and the attractions are very accessible. Easy to reach. Very safe as well at night. Everything in this location is perfect for us tourist. The building is very safe. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place!!!!
Having Washing machine, might be good too.
