Nieuw ingericht appartement, alles is nog netjes.
De ligging is aan een straat met verkeer, vanwege het verkeersgeluid is slapen met het raam open geen optie. Tevens worden andere appartementen bewoond door Poolse werklieden, die gezamijnlijk buiten vertoeven, luid praten en voor onrust zorgen. Wifi is niet stabiel. Matrassen zijn erg hard.
