We were very disappointed with our stay. When we arrived at the apartment, there was no one to meet us. I called the host – the first time it went straight to voicemail, and only on my second call did a lady answer and tell me the apartment was on the third floor and gave me the door code. It was already cold outside and I was with my 7-month-old baby. Inside it was just as cold as outside, with no heating turned on. The heaters in the apartment were mostly decorative and barely worked – only one produced a little warmth. There was also a lot of damp in the bedrooms and kitchen. Although the place was arranged, it was not clean. I found a long black hair in the bathroom and several in the bedroom. Toilet paper was almost finished. For one night it was just about acceptable, but I would not stay here again. On top of that, I received a message asking me to wash the dishes and take out the rubbish myself – for £132 a night I expect not to have to clean.

The lady who met us was very nice, kind and helpful. The apartment was lovely. The children absolutely loved their bedrooms and the host left out some delicious brioche bread and little treats for us and made sure there was some orange juice and water for us in the fridge. This was brilliant because we arrived quite late.

La décoration était pas mal

Au départ la relation avec l'hôte était très sympathique ... Le jour avant notre réservation j'ai indiqué l'heure d'arrivée qui a été approuvée ici même sur l'application et une fois sur place on a dû attendre 4h. Avec des échanges téléphoniques qui embêtent l'hôte ... Le dernier appel ( je suis dans la voiture j'attend désespérément de pouvoir rentrer dans la location et l'hôte me répond : vous me sonner "encore " évidement que je sonne car je viens de me taper 4h de route ... Et 4h d' attendre donc. 8 h au final !!!) Aillant enfin l' appartement nous constatons que celui-ci est au deuxième étage ( escalier raide ) ce qui n'est pas préciser dans la description... Une personne qui a des soucis moteur est impossible d'y accéder ... L'appartement sent la cigarette , le lave vaisselle a tourné mais la vaisselle non rangée ... C'est limiter dans la vaisselle donc prévoir des accessoires (sel poivre ect ) . Même une grande marmite pour faire des pâtes n'est pas possible car il y en a pas ... Les plombs de l' électricité sautent régulièrement et le chauffage est régulé par l'électricité (donc je me demande si c'est au norme...) il y a un gros travail a faire que ce soit sur la communication et sur quelque aménagement ...ainsi que Les photos car c'est pas si grand que ça en a l' air ...

La propriétaire est super gentille, elle s'est même proposé pour nous aider à monter nos valises, la maison est très bien équipée
