清潔で、ルームフレグランスもあり、匂いが良かった。
調理器具も揃っていて、料理も出来るし、洗濯機も有るので、長期滞在には助かりました。
近くにコインランドリーも有るので、乾燥機にかけに行くのも楽だった。
贅沢を言えば、乾燥機付きの洗濯機だったら最高！
一人だったのでお風呂も気兼ねなく入れるし。
トイレも清潔で快適でした✨
すぐ近くにコンビニも有るので、そこも良かった。
敢えて上げると、冷凍庫の霜が結構溜まっていたのと洗濯機が乾燥機付きじゃ無かった事。
乾燥させるのに、コインランドリーに行かなくちゃいけないのが、ちょっと面倒だった。

Spacious for a single person, sufficient facilities. Short distance to nearby stores and a relatively quiet area.
Couldn't find a broom. With over a week stay, I started to find things on the ground that I couldn't clean up. Also appliances were supplied but no extension cords to meet them.

室内がとてもキレイで清潔、お風呂がセパレートで使いやすい。駐車場付きでとにかく安い。
たまたまだと思いますがWi-Fiが壊れていた。
強いて言うなら玄関の段差が大きすぎるので、帰り際に危険な目にあいそうです。何か一段あった方が良いと思います。

お部屋の清潔感等大変良かったです
家電製品（台所含む）がすべて備付られていたので大変助かりました。
またテレビが地デジ対応でなかったのですが迅速な対応で交換して頂きました。
テレビは宿泊者の年代により地デジ対応、それ以外（今風のテレビ）と
事前備えがいいと思います。
