Very clean and beautiful property. All the staff were lovely, especially Aleman and Mas. Cocktails were on point. The room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Free breakfast was cooked fresh when ordered. Everything was well maintained and clean. I suggest to get a bike to explore the island on your own time.
The property was a 30 minute bike ride to good restaurants if you want to eat out. The price of everything at seven dreams was almost on par to Australian cost of things. The vibe around the pool was so relaxing, but the same music all day everyday. We asked if they could put some upbeat music on to match the cocktail and pool vibe, but were told the Bali chime music had to stay on. If you can ride a bike I suggest to get a bike to explore the island. The roads are terrible but manageable with an experienced rider.

Beautiful property.
Small gestures from everyone
Very disappointed. Staff made us go back to the room to get the wallet and pay instead of adding it to the final bill — ridiculous for a 5-star property. No option to pay from the room, and poor accessibility overall. Worst part — staff entered our room without permission. Totally unacceptable and far from a “Pramana experience.”
