The location and view are exceptional

I hate complain. Who can complain in such a beautiful city ! But Do not book the terrace. It’s a mess. It was advertised as 2 double beds. I checked in and found one bed and an air mattress set up on the floor. The a/c works but the unit is not insulated. It was 100 degrees inside. The toilet area is just disgusting. It’s located kind of out of the unit. Smelly old dirty ugly. There is no cook top. No stove Several blinds on the floor. So people can see you I guess since it’s all glass The balcony door doesn’t even close. Leaving a 10 inch space The post says there is a washing machine. Well that’s also a lie. You will need to climb one floor through the narrow stairs. The elevator won’t take you to the roof. The elevator machine is located inside the loft so when the elevator breaks they will get inside the unit to fix it. Yep that happened to me !I got moved to a unit on the 4th floor that was nice and comfy with a stove and a washing machine. I didn’t have hot water during my stay. The front door lock was damaged and took me 10 tries before I could open it. The cleanliness was a 7/10. The shower was so filthy and moldy. The sofa needed a severe steam cleaning
