The Terraza 2 beds Apartment B301 -Lamai

Super Lage, alles sauber.

Piscine et plage et commerces à proximité. Le logement était impeccable et très bien aménagé. Les alentours sont calmes et très bien deservis par les grab. Malgré la pluie, nous avons pu profiter d'activités hors plage car il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir tout autour.

J'ai rencontré des difficultés pour récupérer la clé du logement car il n'y avait pas de réception dans le bâtiment B, seulement dans le bâtiment A, mais ce n' est pas la même gestion. C'est le gardien qui a fini par me donner les clés.

On a pu s’installer dans le logement à 9h après une nuit de transport. Très appréciable!

The location of the property couldnt have been any better than this. We were living in the middle of the Lamai Beach, everywhere was in walking distance though we had a car and we parked it in the parking lot of the Terraza Condominium. Very convenient place, we would prefer this accomodation again in the future.

The property was pretty dirty when we checked in. We asked for a cleaning with a photo proof. They properly cleaned it on the next day. The bigger mattress was basically just springs with no soft topper on it, probably the cheapest mattress possible. We asked for a topper, they first brought a topper on the next day. Then they decided to change the whole mattress, the new mattress was very comfortable. [So you wont experience this if you book it]
