    Its in centre of the city, rooms are clean and hotel management are very helpful Tip: opt for hill view room And breakfast was very good Cons: congested parking space , but hotel management will take care of it , if you leave your keys

    I loved the stay at Calla lilly by the brook. Rooms were clean,view was awesome, staffs were also friendly. Very neat and awesome place.

    I stayed at this hotel with my family during our Christmas vacation. The property is about 2 km from Kodaikanal town centre. While the distance may seem walkable, the road leading to town is quite narrow and does not have a proper pedestrian path, so walking can feel unsafe and uncomfortable. We faced few issues during our stay. There was no hot water on both days, which was quite inconvenient given the chilly weather. The bathroom sink was blocked, and we had to manage without using it for a night. There was also a foul smell coming from the bathroom, which made the experience less comfortable. The staff did assist in addressing the sink issue later, but the hot water problem remained unresolved during our stay. The breakfast was a highlight. The idli and sambar were especially good, and we really enjoyed having hot idlis on the cold mornings. Parking space is very limited and congested. If you need to take your vehicle out, other cars have to be moved first, which can be inconvenient. Overall, it was a decent stay for our family, with some positives but also areas that need improvement.
